Great as always. Staff aware of when our glasses were nearly empty and came and asked if we would like a refill. Offered to take a photo. Great banter. I also have a dietary need so need a kids meal and they were great. Some places are embarrassing about it but they didn't blink an eyelid. Thanks for a great time.

Very friendly staff here, even when busy you can tell they handle the pressure very well and hold their professionalism. Wait times were very short to say it was busy too. Food never disappoints I have the 3 lemon and herb chicken wings, garlic bread and chips every time. It is always so lovely. Will 100% be back

I have been Nando’s plenty of times but I needed to leave this review because the staff were very nice really good customer service by 2 young gentleman I didn’t get the names of the staff i came in a couple nights ago also the food was good too thank you
I came with a group of friends this weekend and we all had an extremely pleasant visit. We were seen and seated immediately, and the food took next to no time at all to come out. The restaurant wasn't packed but you couldn't say it wasn't busy either so the speed of the service was excellent. I had the butterfly chicken done with the medium spice and it was cooked to perfection. I did opt to start with some olives which I'd not tried from Nandos before and they were gorgeous! Very happy with the visit and will be back again when I'm next in Loughborough
Clean and tidy, centrally located Nandos in Loughborough. There are a few parking spaces outside. Food was served quickly and staff were friendly.
Charlotte was great and made extra effort to talk to us. In the past a lot of the staff seem disinterested but Charlotte was great! The food was piping hot and fresh! We really enjoyed our visit!
